Nicolas Indermühle

Swiss musician Nicolas Indermühle began his musical journey playing the baritone horn, but at the age of 14, he switched to the tuba. He started his studies at the Haute École de Musique in Geneva in 2007 and graduated in 2013. Indermühle continued his education at the Sibelius Academy, earning a second master's degree in 2015. He has served as the principal tuba of the Turku Philharmonic Orchestra since 2013 and began teaching tuba at the Sibelius Academy as a part-time instructor in 2024.
